Use surfing as a tool for personal development to encourage physical and mental surpassing closely related to healthy eating principles.<\/p>\n<p>During 6 days you will take your own path throughout optimal and personalized nutrition.<\/p>\n<p>Surf, Eat, Love, a traineeship proposed by St\u00e9phanie Aubry and Claire, is a unique way to anchor new eating habits.\u00a0 Various practical means will help you to transform your fears into levers to achieve your goals, to transpose your surfing related experiences to overcome personal challenges on a daily life basis.<\/p>\n<p>Connecting with Nature (waves, beach, forest) and sharing simple moments will enable to experience the deep transformation joy.<\/p>\n<p>On top of that you will benefit from the Natural Surf Lodge unique atmosphere, as the eco-lodge is located on the south west Atlantic coast of France (Landes), nestled among century oak trees, both peaceful and rejuvenating place, walking distance from fresh water lakes and few pedal strokes from the surf.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Dates of traineeship Surf, Eat, Love<\/h3>\n<p><strong>From June 7th to June 13rd 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Surfing program<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5 surf lessons<\/strong> (5x1h30) with qualified and experienced instructors (8 pers. max\/group)<\/li>\n<li><strong>1h surfing theory<\/strong> throughout the week : environment, weather and waves forecast, priority and security rules, how to choose a board\u2026)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pics souvenir<\/strong> : before your last day, Stephan will engrave your best surf moves !<\/li>\n<li><strong>Surfboard and wetsuit at disposal<\/strong> for the week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Eat and love program<\/h3>\n<p>In addition to the surf lessons including joint and senses awakening in connection with natural environment, each day will be punctuated by :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>early morning meditation practices based on body awakening movements &#8211;
